Mr. Royer joined Advoque in early 2019, and came in guns a blazin’, getting right to business  reshaping many of our departments, as well as the arduous process of onboarding our new ERP software. We’re fortunate to welcome such a driven individual to our senior staff!

Todd began as an Operations Supervisor in Fresno, CA for Santa Fe Railways in 1987, where he managed the loading and unloading of trains. He has owned three companies of his own and worked managerial positions for three Fortune 100 companies. He also majored in Microbiology at Fresno State University. We hired Todd as a Logistics Manager initially, but with his high qualifications, can-do attitude, organizational skills, and his keen ability to identify and implement new processes, across-the-board, he is now our General Manager.

In the time that Todd has been with us, our facility will forever be changed for the better. Todd’s largest undertaking, thus far, has been reorganizing the entire warehouse… all 80,000 square feet of it! Nothing is where it was when he arrived. From machines to material, to production line locations, we’ve done a full revamp with Todd assisting to better our processes. Todd also manages the implementation and training of the ERP system that’s rolling out over the next six months. This is his third go-around with ERP implementation, so he knows his stuff!

When Todd’s not barking orders and bossing people around, he loves spending time with his lovely wife, Idalmis — together they enjoy European travel and visiting Disneyland (they’re huge Disney nuts!). He also has two sons, Cameron and Ryan, whom he adores.
