Built in partnership with Baer Enterprises, we took on the engineering and build for this self-standing display for La Marca Prosecco. Baer supplied us with a basic rendering and dimensions, and we jumped in to flush out how this could be manufactured efficiently while remaining focused on holding true to the desired form factor.

All steel fabrication was performed in house by our metal team for the nearly 500 displays ordered. Once approximately 50 part sets were ready for paint, we delivered raw manufactured pieces to our powder coating vendor, picking up fin-ished parts the following day – we repeated this loop throughout the manufacturing process to ensure our assembly team had a steady flow of parts to work with. As our final touch, the two-color La Marca Prosecco silkscreened logo re-quired custom jigs to ensure the placement was precise.

We opted to build the fixture in two stacking parts to condense the display into a smaller container and facilitate ship-ping. Our final assembly team placed the two parts in the container, loaded a hardware packet, then finished with as-sembly instructions.
