That’s right, we said it, “Damn Girl!” In truth, we’re excited to get sassy and team up with Westrock for the Too Faced Holiday Packaging. Getting these dual pack BTS and Damn Girl Mascara’s produced, kitted, and distributed nationally takes months of careful preparation and is a 100% team effort between client and vendor (that’s us!).

For this project, it begins with the idea, which was fully flushed out by the team at Westrock, then on to execution. Advoque developed the 3D engineered files and plotted test molds with our 3D printer – the test molds are to thermoform plastics to hold the products in place. Once the client signed off on the molds, we pushed to our mold maker and order materials for the thermoforming, finished packaging, and transport packaging. When all materials are assembled, and we have customer product in the building, our kitting teams go through the QC process, getting first article samples produced for client approval. Once that’s done, we ignite the kitting teams into full gear, and we’ll ultimately kit around 12,000 units in one shift.
